The Nukatap Stainless Steel Flow Control Beer Faucet has integrated all the revolutionary features of the Intertap series and has been improved to provide an even better more robust beer faucet. It is made with 304 Stainless Steel and sports a wide range of revolutionary features. This faucet gives you full control over the flow of beer thanks to the easy to use adjustable leaver. Having this degree of control over the flow makes balancing you beer lines a breeze, and allows for maximum flexibility in your draft system.

Traditionally beer taps use a rear sealing design, causing the beer in the tap to drain from the body of the tap due to a vent hole drilled directly into the front of the tap; causing a buildup of bacteria and wild yeast resulting in the quality of your beer to suffer. With the revolutionary Nukatap design, worry no longer. The forward sealing design works to shut off the flow directly at the front of the tap, keeping your beer safe from harmful bacteria and wild yeast.

Nukatap uses a brand new TPV rubber matrix shuttle that has been redesigned and refined over countless hours of testing to find a shape that provides superior laminar flow. This means that there is very little resistance when liquid passes through the shuttle, allowing for highly carbonated beverages to pour far smoother. In addition they have a significant thermal mass reduction compared to standard faucets. The TPV rubber matrix inside is far more resilient to highly acidic beverages such as sour beers, further increasing the lifespan of your faucet and its components.

They use an easily removable threaded spout allowing the most versatility available when replacing the spout whether they be a stout spout, an English sparkler spout, a growler filler, or even a ball lock post spout. This eliminates the need to replace your beer taps, instead simply purchase the spouts that you need. Fits standard US shanks.

  • Bluetooth Gateway Device - KegLand is currently developing a range of bluetooth devices such as bluetooth low energy (BLE) thermometers and other sensors that will be compatible with this BrewZilla. They work by receiving the BLE beacons and relaying this information to the RAPT portal. Using multiple BLE sensors provides the RAPT portal more information allowing the BrewZilla to be able to make more smart automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillation process.
  • Base Design With Easy Access Pump - The base design has all the electronics sealed on the underside of the BrewZilla in a separate junction box. This design has the pump easily accessible, it also makes changing the plumbing far more simple. This more open and separated design makes it more flexible, easier to clean, and more maintenance friendly.

  • Two Stage Oversized Malt Pipe - Malt Pipe Design that is 30% larger allowing you to mash more grains an either make more beer, or make higher gravity beers. It has a two stage height adjustment so so you can half lift the malt pipe and set it on the supporting halo ring at the halfway point. This addition stage makes ti more ergonomic so you can lift the heavy malt pipe up in two stages and also makes it suitable for brewing smaller batches.

BREWZILLA GEN. 4 INSTRUCTION MANUAL

The lid for these units are designed to be airtight. It is normal to push them in with force and use the clamps to secure in place.

This unit needs to be cleaned before use or testing to remove manufacturing oils. Failure to clean it first will cause some staining that will need to be removed with Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser.

Managers Note. Get rice hulls! Rice hulls will prevent stuck pumps. And save you time troubleshooting pump issues or replacing the silicone elbows which burst when the pump gets clogged.

The dual tap tower is finished in brushed stainless steel making more resilient to small imperfections and scratches. In addition it is far less prone to getting fingerprint marks on it allowing it to further maintain its beautiful appearance. The 3" (column) tower is air cooled and comes with 6' of 3/16" ID beer line for the shank assembly. The faucets are our newest, high quality, stainless steel Nukatap faucets. The tap handles ARE included and are basic black but may not be exactly as shown.

This kit includes four PCO38 Oxebar Mono PET Kegs, each capable of holding up to 8 Liters (2 Gallons) of your favorite homebrew. The compact size ensures it is convenience and light weight, making it ideal for sharing your beverages with friends. Moreover, it includes two PCO38 Hydra Ball Lock Adapter Tapping Heads specifically designed for use with ball lock disconnects. These tapping heads feature two ball lock connections and a manual PRV. Inside the keg, you'll find a L-shaped silicone elbow for use with the provided Dip Tube Tubing and Filter.

The PRV in this kit is faulty. It is recommended to put a standard 2L pop bottle cap on the space in order to hold pressure. The PRV is not covered under warranty.
